Speaklo is for adults practising English together. Follow these rules so everyone feels safe.
1. Be respectful
- No harassment, hate, threats, or bullying.
- No sexual content, solicitation, or unwanted advances on live calls.
- No discrimination based on gender, religion, nationality, disability, or similar.
2. Keep practice on topic
- Use live calls and AI Speak for language learning.
- Do not pressure partners for personal contact details, money, or meetings offline.
- Do not spam marketing, scams, or phishing links.
3. Protect privacy
- Never share passwords, OTPs, bank details, or government IDs.
- Do not record or share someone’s voice or personal data without clear consent.
- Report suspicious behaviour instead of engaging.
4. Age & safety
- Users must be 18+.
- Any sexual content involving minors is strictly banned and will be reported.
5. Reporting & enforcement
After a live call you can report a partner. We may warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Repeat complaints can trigger automatic action. Suspensions may be appealable when that feature is enabled in the app.
6. Fair use of paid features
Do not abuse payment flows, chargebacks without cause, or exploit bugs for free unlocks. We may revoke entitlements obtained fraudulently.
